How do I assemble the condo?
There is no assembly required! Just hold the folded condo away from your face, undo the strap and it will pop open. Then you just unfold it and it's ready for use!
How do I fold up the condo for storage?
We find it easier to show you than tell you. Just scroll down under the Questions and check out the video.
How do I clean the condo?
The cushioned floor pad is removable and machine washable (as is the cover to the gel pad!). The rest of the condo can just be cleaned with a cloth and soapy water if needed.
Do I need batteries for the heartbeat?
That's our favorite question! The answer is NO! The Pet Fit For Life heartbeat simulator is USB rechargeable and the cord is included!
How long will the heartbeat go?
On a full charge the heartbeat unit will run approximately 18 hours. There is also a feature that allows it to run for 2 hours before stopping stopping automatically. When this is used, the charge will last for weeks. Press and release the button for the 2 hour function, press and hold the button 5 seconds for continued power.
Is this a carrier also?
This condo is quite spacious which makes it awkward to carry with a pet in it. We recommend setting this up in your car, yard or house and then putting your pet in it.
Is the gel in the heating pad toxic?
Absolutely not. We do recommend that you follow the included instructions to avoid leaks.
How do I heat up the heating pad?
We recommend heating the gel pad in the microwave on high for 30 seconds. Remove it and squeeze to redistribute the gel. Repeat these steps until the pad is the desired temperature.
How do I use the gel pad for cooling?
The gel pad can be stored in the fridge to be cool when needed.
